Plastic Film Extrusion Process

All of our plastic films are produced to our customer’s specifications on our line of in-house extruders. This enables us to control the film quality and provides us with scheduling flexibility. Jobs with short turnarounds can be prioritized. In addition, we do not carry stock inventory because the customer’s specifications can be susceptible to compromise when inventory is short. The plastic film for each order is manufactured to the customer’s specification at the time it is needed.

Computerized drives, rotating dies and high tech air rings are used in the extruders to produce a high quality and uniform film. Whether you require special characteristics, clear or colored, thick or thin films, we have the expertise to meet your needs.

Printing

Flexographic printing produces vibrant colors on printed plastic bags and packaging. With this press, we can print up to six different colors on a run, use any color, and produce metallic to matte finishes to enhance the look of your bag. Only lead free inks are used in a range from heat resistant to high gloss depending on the customer’s needs. Our staff is experienced with a wide range of printing from intricate screen work to simple line printing to ensure your designs are reproduced on your bags.

All printing is done in-house so we have total control over turnaround time and the ability to meet delivery commitments. Our versatility allows us to print small and large quantities efficiently and cost effectively.

Plastic Bag and Packaging Production

A variety of machines are utilized to produce the various characteristics that are available in our products including multiple folded, hole punched, die cut or just a simple bag. Computerized drives on the machines allows for each product to be duplicated in an extremely accurate manner. This means that from order to order, the finished product will maintain the same look and each bag will be the same.

A large variety of different types of perforators, bag styles types of seals, and hole sizes are available. Bags can be packed either loose in boxes, wound on rolls or wicketted in stacks.
